A.Feasibility Survey
 The scope of feasibility survey covers the following activities:
 1.Define the optimum site nominal position on actual location (RF point of view) with proper search ring radius (m)
 2.Tracking to define most potential area coverage (-/+ 3 to 10 km)
 3.Define antenna height according to potential traffic
 4.Define antenna bearing/direction
 5.Define antenna type (X-pole, space diversity)
 6.Coverage map update based on actual nominal position
 7.Photograph of site nominal position and surrounding view.

B.Site Investigation Survey
 The scope of site investigation survey covers the following activities:
 1.Site hunting
  -identifying sites which may be suitable for the construction of CME works
  -ascertaining the probability of being able to negotiate a site lease and obtain all necessary permits for the development of the candidate sie
  -based on search area provided by Ericsson, SP must search each search area to identify a primary, a secondary and a tertiary candidate site
 2.Radio frequency and transmission survey
  -assessing the suitability of each candidate site
  -assessing the suitability of each candidate site for radio frequency purpose and conducting a radio frequency survey of individual coordinates for each candidate site
  -identifying all the permits required in relation to each candidate site
  -contacting potential lanlords, property owners, carriers and property managers, to present the Site Information Package and determine the landlord's willingness to enter into a lease arrangement
  -obtaining all available site specific data from government agencies, for example assessor's maps and application forms
  -obtaining and taking photographs of each candidate site
  - obtaining all available site specific data from property owners, for example floor plans and site plans
